Carbon Fiber Parts Disclaimer & Terms of Service

Warden Auto is a trade name and brand operated by Poltavskiy Investments LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("Seller").

1. Manufacturing Process & Quality Expectations

All products sold by Seller are handcrafted composite components manufactured using the vacuum infusion process.

Seller strives to produce the highest-quality carbon fiber parts possible utilizing professional equipment, engineered molds, precision CAD design, and premium composite materials.

However, due to the inherent nature of carbon fiber composite manufacturing, the following characteristics are normal, unavoidable, and expected:

• Minor weave distortion
• Small surface pinholes
• Resin flow variations
• Light sanding or finishing marks in the clear coat
• Slight cosmetic variation between individual parts

These characteristics do not constitute defects and are a normal result of composite manufacturing.

2. Material & Structural Limitations

Carbon fiber composite parts do not possess the same crash certification, structural validation, or OEM testing standards as factory vehicle components unless explicitly stated.

• Products are not crash-tested unless specifically disclosed.
• Structural integrity may vary depending on installation, use, and environmental conditions.
• Long-term durability under extreme heat, UV exposure, vibration, racing conditions, or environmental stress cannot be guaranteed.

By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these material and structural limitations.

3. Intended Use – Off-Road Use Only

All products sold by Seller are aftermarket components intended for off-road, show, or motorsport use only.

Seller makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any product:

• Is street legal
• Meets Department of Transportation (DOT) standards
• Complies with federal, state, or local vehicle regulations
• Is approved for use on public roads

The buyer is solely responsible for determining legal compliance before installation or use on any vehicle operated on public roadways. Use of any product on public roads is at the buyer's sole risk.

4. Installation & Assumption of Risk

All products are sold AS IS.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for:

• Proper installation
• Vehicle compatibility
• Safe operation and use of the product
• Professional test fitting prior to painting, finishing, or modification

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Seller shall not be liable for any vehicle damage, personal injury, property damage, mechanical failure, or consequential/incidental losses arising from installation, use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

5. Fitment & Test Fit Requirement

Due to manufacturing tolerances between vehicles, aftermarket components, and composite production methods, minor fitment adjustment may be required during installation.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• All products must be professionally test fit prior to painting, wrapping, ceramic coating, clear coating, or any other finishing process.
• Minor adjustment, trimming, sanding, slotting of mounting holes, or other installation-related modifications may be necessary.
• Vehicle age, previous repairs, collision history, aftermarket modifications, and factory manufacturing tolerances may affect final fitment.
• Seller does not guarantee OEM-level fitment unless explicitly stated.

Products that have been painted, wrapped, ceramic coated, clear coated, drilled, trimmed, sanded, installed, modified, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or fitment-related claims.

Seller shall not be responsible for labor charges, paint costs, body shop expenses, shipping costs, or other expenses incurred during installation or finishing of any product.

6. Heat, UV & Environmental Exposure

Carbon fiber composite products are exposed to a wide range of environmental conditions that may impact appearance and longevity over time.

Factors that may affect a product include:

• Prolonged UV exposure
• Extreme heat, including engine bay or exhaust proximity
• Racing or competition use
• Chemicals, solvents, or cleaning products
• Environmental contaminants and weather conditions

Fading, discoloration, clear coat wear, surface degradation, or cosmetic changes over time are considered normal wear and do not constitute defects.

7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Damage

Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of carbon fiber composite products, all sales are final, except in cases of verified shipping damage.

Shipping Damage Claims

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• Seller must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographs of both the damaged product and shipping packaging must be provided.
• Buyer must retain all original packaging materials.
• Buyer must cooperate fully with the shipping carrier's claims process.

Refunds or Replacements

Please note:

• Refunds or replacements will only be issued after carrier claim approval.
• Refunds are limited to the amount recovered from the carrier.
• Processing time is dependent upon the carrier's claims process.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Cosmetic variations inherent to composite manufacturing
• Minor weave distortion or pinholes
• Clear coat finish variations
• Fitment issues caused by vehicle condition or prior modifications
• Damage caused by installation, modification, or use
• Products that have been installed, drilled, trimmed, sanded, painted, clear-coated, or otherwise modified

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Idaho law, Seller's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

Seller shall not be liable for:

• Labor costs
• Paint or bodywork expenses
• Vehicle damage
• Loss of vehicle use
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Personal injury or death

9. No Warranties

NO WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted under Idaho law, Seller disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Any warranty arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade

No oral or written statements made by Seller shall create a warranty of any kind.

10. No OEM Affiliation

Seller is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any vehicle manufacturer.

All trademarks, vehicle names, and model references are used solely for compatibility and identification purposes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions with Seller shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from the purchase or use of Seller's products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Idaho.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Seller, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to:

• All policies published on the Seller's website

These terms apply to all sales regardless of sales channel, marketplace, or platform.
