Refund policy
1. General Policy
Due to the custom, made to order, additive manufacturing, and composite fabrication nature of our products, all sales are final.
Warden Auto does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of verified shipping damage.
This policy applies to 3D printed automotive parts, carbon fiber composite parts, custom fabricated components, made-to-order items, and limited production runs.
2. Shipping Damage Claims (Physical Products Only)
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product, shipping box, and packaging materials is required
- The buyer agrees to cooperate fully with the carrier’s claim process
Refunds or replacements will only be issued after carrier claim approval and are limited to the amount recovered from the shipping carrier.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours voids eligibility for claim review.
3. What Is Not Considered Damage or Defect
The following are not valid reasons for return or refund:
- Visible 3D print lines
- Layer texture or surface variation
- Minor dimensional variation
- Slight asymmetry
- Installation damage
- Cosmetic expectations differing from personal preference
- Carbon weave pattern variance
- Resin micro-texture or surface character
- Normal fabrication marks consistent with handmade composite parts
All products are aftermarket performance parts and are not OEM-manufactured.
