Custom Order Process:
• Because your hat is a custom one of one piece, we want to make sure you are completely happy with the design before production begins.
• After placing your order, you will receive a CGI rendering within 24–48 hours showing a close representation of your finished hat. Please note that colors and finishes may vary slightly in real life due to lighting, reflections, white balance, and material characteristics.
• You may request up to 3 revisions during the rendering stage. Once you approve the final design, production will begin.
• If you decide not to move forward before production starts, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Production and Shipping:
• Estimated production and shipping time is approximately 6 to 12 weeks. Longer if needed based on order volume. (Status updates will be provided to avoid any guessing or worry)
• Each hat is inspected before shipment
• Detailed inspection photos are provided before shipment, and videos are available upon request

Manufacturing Process:
• Designed, manufactured, and finished in Idaho, USA
• Handmade using real carbon fiber and vacuum infusion
• Hand-finished with standard automotive 2K clear coat to showcase the carbon fiber weave
• Each hat is individually inspected before shipment

Quality Notice:
• Each hat is handcrafted using real composite materials
• Minor pinholes, light 2K clear coat texture, sanding marks, scuffing, or small cosmetic imperfections may be present
• Slight weave distortion may occur due to the complex shape of the cowboy hat
• These characteristics are normal for handmade carbon fiber parts and do not affect the intended display or wearable use of the product
• Product appearance may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, carbon weave direction, and clear coat reflections
• This product should not be expected to match mass-produced molded plastic or fabric apparel
