2013–2019 Porsche 911 Turbo S 991 Generation

The fixed roof models within the 991 generation appear to share the same general exterior roof profile. Based on this common shape, the kit may also fit the following 991 models:

Fitment has not been physically verified on every model listed above and cannot be guaranteed outside of the original Turbo S development platform. Customers purchasing for another 991 Coupé model should carefully test position the complete kit before permanent installation.

Installation

The roof fins install using double sided automotive mounting tape applied to the underside of each component. No drilling or permanent modification to the vehicle is required.

Before installation, carefully test position all eight fins and confirm that the spacing, alignment and orientation are correct. Do not remove the adhesive backing until the full layout has been measured and approved.

For proper adhesion, the roof surface must be clean, dry and free from wax, polish, grease, dust, ceramic coating residue and other contaminants. Installation should be performed in a warm, controlled environment. Firm and even pressure should be applied across the entire mounting surface of each fin.

Avoid washing the vehicle, driving at high speed or exposing the installation to heavy rain immediately after mounting. Allow the adhesive adequate time to bond before normal vehicle use.

Installation over vinyl wraps, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, repaired paint or aftermarket roof panels may reduce adhesive strength. Compatibility with these surfaces is not guaranteed.

Adhesive and Installation Disclaimer

The installer is responsible for proper surface preparation, positioning and attachment of every fin. Adhesive performance can vary based on installation temperature, surface condition, roof material, paint condition, environmental exposure and the presence of coatings or films.

Inspect the fins regularly and discontinue use immediately if any lifting, movement or loosening is observed. Additional inspection is recommended after high speed driving, severe weather, extreme temperatures, automatic car washes or extended sun exposure.

The installer and vehicle owner are responsible for confirming proper placement, installation and continued security of every component. Inspect the fins regularly and immediately discontinue use if any movement, lifting, cracking, loosening or damage is observed.

Important Fitment Information

Automotive exterior panels can vary slightly between vehicles due to manufacturing tolerances, vehicle age, environmental exposure, previous repairs, paint thickness, roof material and aftermarket modifications.

Certain performance-oriented 991 models may also use roof panels manufactured from materials different from those used on the original Turbo S development vehicle. These differences may affect surface preparation, adhesion and final fitment.

Minor adjustments to positioning may be required during installation. Do not permanently attach the fins until the complete layout has been confirmed.

Material and Manufacturing Disclaimer

These components are manufactured from ABS plastic using additive manufacturing processes. Minor layer lines, seams, surface texture, small cosmetic variations or other characteristics associated with the manufacturing process may be visible.

These characteristics are considered normal and do not indicate a defective product. The components should not be expected to have the same surface finish or manufacturing characteristics as an injection molded factory part.
