Give the rear of your Ford Explorer ST a more aggressive and finished appearance with this custom designed rear spat set. The sculpted profile follows the lower rear bumper and adds a subtle extension that complements the factory body lines without looking overly bulky.
Each set includes both the driver and passenger side spats, manufactured from durable ABS plastic and supplied with pre installed double sided mounting tape.
Vehicle Fitment
Designed for: 2020–2026 Ford Explorer ST
These rear spats are designed for vehicles without mudflaps installed.
Factory or aftermarket mudflaps must be removed before installation. Buyers wishing to retain their mudflaps will be responsible for independently trimming, modifying, or repositioning the spats and/or mudflaps to achieve the desired fitment. Compatibility with modified mudflap configurations is not guaranteed.
Installation
Each spat installs using:
Pre installed double sided mounting tape
One existing OEM mounting location
Two additional supplied 10 mm fastener per side (Optional but recommended)
The existing OEM mounting point and double-sided tape help position and secure the spats. However, use of the supplied additional fasteners is strongly recommended for improved support and long term retention.
Installing the additional fasteners requires drilling two mounting holes per side into the underside of the plastic rear bumper. Professional installation is recommended for anyone who is not comfortable drilling or modifying the vehicle.
For the best tape adhesion, thoroughly clean and degrease the mounting surfaces before installation. Installation should be completed in a warm, dry environment, and the tape should be given adequate time to bond before driving the vehicle.
